I'm not going to waste posting the novel i had going over every aspect i don't like about vista. My main concern when using a PC is gaming. Like most people know i use my Mac for everything then the PC is just a gaming box.
DirectX 10 is being released for XP under the name DirectX 9.0L. Now there really is no need to subject myself to vista if there is no need.

The Real Zune Threat...
...is not that MS will succeed, and that will put a dent in the pride of Mac zealots and interfere with the Apple/Mac/iPod cult. If MS succeeds and truly puts out a superior product, then I want one, plain and simple.
The real threat is if they will succeed with a highly inferior product because of other factors like heavy DRM, using their advantage with Windows domination, selling at a loss because they can afford to, etc, etc, and that will result in a lower quality end user experience. That is what I'm worried about.
