...is not that MS will succeed, and that will put a dent in the pride of Mac zealots and interfere with the Apple/Mac/iPod cult. If MS succeeds and truly puts out a superior product, then I want one, plain and simple.
The real threat is if they will succeed with a highly inferior product because of other factors like heavy DRM, using their advantage with Windows domination, selling at a loss because they can afford to, etc, etc, and that will result in a lower quality end user experience. That is what I'm worried about.

I have a zune, and I love it, it is awesome. However I never had an Ipod so I can't compare. But I have seen a few Ipods and I think the Zune is better from what I've seen. Which again is very little. :)
